Founded in 1997, Kerio is headquartered in San Jose, California, and has offices in New York, Brazil, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Australia, and Russia. Today, we distribute solutions through a network of more than 6,000 reseller partners. We currently have more than 50,000 customers and millions of users of our technologies.

Our Fearless Leaders

Scott Schreiman | CEO |

Scott leads Kerio’s global management team guiding the company’s strategic development. Prior to becoming CEO in 2006, he was COO and responsible for Kerio’s global business operations and financial management. He joined Kerio in 2005 as VP, Worldwide Operations, and brings over 18 years of senior management experience in sales, business development, marketing, operations, and finance.

Alan Hughes | CFO and Treasurer |

As CFO, Alan oversees the global financial management of Kerio Technologies. Prior to becoming the full-time CFO, Alan was also the Managing Director of Kerio Technologies UK, where he led sales, marketing and day-to-day operations. Alan has over 30 years experience in financial management. He joined Kerio in 2006, having also been involved with the UK operations as an outside consultant from 2003.

Martin Viktora | CTO |

Martin co-founded Kerio Technologies in 1997 and was instrumental in designing network router and firewall technology for Kerio’s first product, Kerio Winroute (Control). He moved worldwide headquarters to Silicon Valley in 2001, serving as CEO for the next 5 years. Martin served Kerio in an advisory role, and then returned as CTO in 2012 to lead Kerio’s strategic technology initiatives with a special emphasis on development of Kerio’s cloud offerings.

Jozef Belvoncik | EMEA Operations Officer & Senior VP |

As SVP and Managing Director of the CEE region, Jozef leads several departments charged with marketing, business development, sales, operations and financial management in Kerio’s Czech office in Pilsen and Prague. For over 15 years, Jozef has managed sales, marketing, finance and management in the high tech industry.

Mirek Kren | VP, Worldwide Sales |

With over 15 years experience in sales and management, Mirek's primary roles are to form Kerio’s sales strategy, implement critical business processes and manage distributed global sales teams.

Steven Weinberg | VP and General Counsel |

As VP of Legal Affairs, Steve oversees global corporate governance, all legal matters and directs HR for Kerio’s global offices. Steve brings 15+ years of operations and management experience in large international organizations. Previously, he served as an associate at three multinational law firms, counseling a myriad of large and small corporate clients, both technology focused and alike.

Chris Peluso | VP, Platform & Business Development |

Chris is responsible for platform strategy, technology partnerships, and strategic alliances at Kerio. He spent over 2 years in the UK as Kerio's Managing Director responsible for Western European business and operations, as well as the EMEA Regional Sales Director. Before moving to Europe, he served as Kerio's North American Sales Director for four years where he designed, deployed and managed a field-based sales team.

Josef Zacharias | VP, Worldwide Support & Training |

Josef oversees effective methods for providing the highest quality support and facilitating advanced training for the company’s global partner network, as well as managing Kerio’s sales engineers worldwide. Since 2001, Josef Zacharias has served in multiple leadership positions in sales and engineering. He has successfully managed Kerio’s expansion into Western Europe, establishing the local offices in the United Kingdom and later in Germany.

Pavel Suk | VP, Engineering |

With 20+ years of experience Kerio’s VP of Engineering, Pavel, is responsible for driving product strategy and leading engineering efforts, and also managing a fast-growing team of over 70 engineers.

Kerio is a proud sponsor of the Tech Challenge, a signature program of The Tech Museum of Innovation. This is an annual team design challenge for students in grades 5-12 that introduces and reinforces the science and engineering design process with a hands-on project geared to solving a real-world problem.
