Scott leads the global management team that guides Kerio’s strategic development. Prior to becoming CEO in 2006, he served as COO, responsible for global business operations and financial management. Scott joined Kerio in 2005 and brings over 18 years of senior management experience in sales, business development, marketing, operations and finance to Kerio.
Martin co-founded Kerio Technologies in 1997 and was instrumental in designing network router and firewall technology for Kerio’s first product, Kerio WinRoute Pro (Control). He moved the company’s worldwide headquarters to Silicon Valley in 2001 and served as CEO until 2006. Martin then served as an advisor, becoming CTO in 2012, leading strategic technology initiatives.
Alan oversees global financial management. Prior to becoming CFO, he was the managing director of Kerio Technologies UK, where he led sales, marketing and day-to-day operations. Alan has more than 30 years’ experience in financial management. He joined Kerio’s management team in 2006, having worked with UK operations as a consultant since 2003.
Des oversees Kerio’s global marketing activities including demand gen, product marketing and corporate comm. He brings extensive executive-level experience in marketing, sales and operations from some of the best-known technology companies - Apple, AOL, Netscape - and successful startups Autonomy, BridgeSpan, eFax.com.
As SVP and managing director of the CEE region, Jozef leads the teams responsible for marketing, business development, sales, operations, and financial management in Kerio’s Czech Republic offices. Jozef has more than 15 years of experience in high tech sales, marketing, finance, and general management.
Mirek is responsible for forecasting and delivering revenue goals and overseeing the global sales team. Also, in his role Mirek crafts Kerio’s sales strategy and implements critical business processes. He brings more than 15 years experience in sales, business development and management.
Chris is responsible for Kerio platform strategy, technology partnerships, and strategic alliances. He spent over two years in the UK as Kerio's managing director for western European business and operations and also served as regional sales director. Before moving to Europe, Chris was Kerio's North American sales director, a role in which he built and managed the field sales team.
Josef is responsible for Kerio’s global customer support efforts, sales engineering and training teams, supporting both end users and the company’s global partner network. Since 2001, Josef has served in multiple Kerio leadership positions in sales and engineering. He successfully managed Kerio’s expansion into western Europe, establishing local Kerio offices in both the UK and Germany.
Pavel drives Kerio’s product management and engineering and manages a fast-growing team of 70+ engineers. He has more than 20 years of experience in building and growing teams developing highly scalable, secure and easy to use software products. Prior to joining Kerio, Pavel served as site director for Sun Microsystems, where he defined the vision and charter for the company’s Prague Engineering Center.
