Innovative Friday

We aren´t and do not want to be an ordinary software company. Every day we stick to these basic values: Simplicity, Stability, Security, Quality ... and Innovation.

We know that everyone is able to come up with an interesting idea or an innovative invention. It’s not only the domain of managers. And we know that sometimes you have to slow down the high pace of work on the project due to the interesting idea.

And that's why we have introduced the so called innovative Fridays - a day in the week that any developer or any self-organized team can dedicate to another project, for which there is normally "just not enough time”. So to disrupt a stereotype process, we provide an opportunity to explore, come up with ideas, and participate in their implementations. The rest is "just" the people. And we have the best of them :-)
