Press Releases June 6, 2005 Kerio Technologies Appoints Scott Schreiman as Vice President of Operations Scott Schreiman will be responsible for managing Kerio's strategic finance and accounting procedures as well as spearheading Human Resources efforts for the company. SANTA CLARA, Calif. –- Kerio Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of Internet security and messaging solutions for small to medium sized enterprises, today announces that it has appointed Scott Schreiman as vice president of Operations. Scott will be responsible for managing Kerio’s strategic finance and accounting procedures as well as spearheading Human Resources efforts for the company. Scott brings more than 10 years of senior management experience in sales, marketing, operations and finance. Most recently, Scott produced results for Growing Stars, an early stage educational technology company, where he put together the foundation of their sales, marketing & business development strategy. Before that, Scott served as vice president and director of Knowledge Management for Wells Fargo PCS, where he led the rollout of innovative distance learning and communications technologies to the division's 6,000 employees. Prior to this, he was a cofounder and vice president of Corporate Development at MovieWeb.com, a leading film entertainment portal. Scott was previously the CEO of Aladdin Knowledge System Ltd.'s (NASDAQ: ALDN) U.S. operating subsidiary. Scott holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College.
