Press Releases February 13, 2006 Kerio Technologies Names Additional Members to Worldwide Executive Team H. Peter Felgentreff has been named Kerio's Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Dusan Vitek will now be Kerio's Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Kerio, a leading provider of Internet security and messaging solutions for small to medium sized businesses, today announces a new worldwide company structure. H. Peter Felgentreff has been named Kerio's Vice President of Worldwide Sales, and will be developing and executing Kerio's global sales and channel strategy. Dusan Vitek will now be Kerio's Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, leading the company's marketing initiatives in all parts of the world. Previously, both Mr. Felgentreff and Mr. Vitek led the company's U.S. efforts in their respective disciplines. These additional responsibilities reflect the company's goal to extend its leadership beyond the United States, key European countries and additional regions. Mr. Felgentreff has been with Kerio for over one year while Mr. Vitek has been with the company for six years. This month, Kerio also announced the appointment of a new Managing Director for the company's United Kingdom office.
