Press Releases May 14, 2006 Kerio Technologies announces departure of managing director at Czech subsidiary Kerio Technologies Inc. has announced Martin Sykora, managing director of Kerio Technologies Czech Republic, plans to retire from his post at the end of June 2006. Pilsen, Czech Republic - Kerio Technologies Inc. has announced Martin Sykora, managing director of Kerio Technologies Czech Republic, plans to retire from his post at the end of June 2006. Martin's responsibilities will be temporarily transferred to Scott Schreiman, Vice President of Operations, until a replacement is appointed. Martin Sykora joined Kerio in late 2003 with the task of transforming its Czech office into a development and sales juggernaut in Eastern Europe. Under his leadership Kerio Technologies Czech grew from 30 to 70 employees and was awarded the Best Employer of 2005 in the Czech Republic and in Central Europe. "My specialty is to turn struggling companies around and restructure smaller companies to maximize growth," said Martin Sykora. "I've achieved all goals I set for myself when I joined Kerio.
