Press Releases June 15, 2006 Kerio Technologies announces promotion of Scott Schreiman to President and Chief Operating Officer Santa Clara, Calif.—Kerio Technologies Inc., developer of software firewalls and mail servers for SMBs, has announced the promotion of Scott Schreiman to President and COO. He previously served as VP of Operations at the company. In his new role, Scott will be responsible for Kerio’s global business operations and financial management and will take on the additional role of Kerio’s US Managing Director. Scott will continue to report to Martin Viktora, CEO of Kerio Technologies. “Over the past year, Scott has played a key role in transforming Kerio into a truly global company,” says Martin Viktora. “His business insight and leadership makes him a perfect candidate for the new job.” Before Kerio, Scott was involved in an early-stage startup Growing Stars, served as vice president and director of Knowledge Management for Wells Fargo PCS, co-founded Los Angeles-based entertainment portal MovieWeb and served as CEO of Aladdin Knowledge System Ltd.’s (NASDAQ: ALDN) U.S. operating subsidiary.
