ClamAV is an open source, GPL antivirus software, developed by a community of antivirus enthusiasts. The main purpose of this software is the integration with mail servers (attachment scanning). For more information on the project, go to www.clamav.net.

ClamAV can be installed and configured on three different platforms – Windows, Linux and Mac OS X – giving all Kerio MailServer administrators a flexible choice of using ClamAV as the sole or secondary antivirus engine when used in conjunction with Kerio’s built-in McAfee antivirus engine for defense in depth.
