Partner Technical Support - Phone and email ticket support are available to Kerio partners during standard business hours in Kerio office locations. Visit the
Support pages for specific times and locations.
Kerio Certified and Preferred partners get access to a dedicated Partner Support email queue with preferential response time.
NFR Software Licenses - “Not for Resale” Kerio software licenses are available to Kerio partners for evaluation, testing, demonstration, and production use according to Kerio program guidelines. NFR software licenses come fully loaded with all available product add-ons including Sophos Anti-Virus and Kerio Web Filter. Authorized partners receive a 1 year intro NFR license which can be renewed annually with a minimum sales requirement. Certified and Preferred partners qualify for 1 year NFR licenses and annual renewals as long as they maintain Certified and Preferred status.
Technical Training Program - Our goal is to equip partners with the knowledge and expertise needed to fully support Kerio solutions for their customer base. The Kerio Partner Training program provides diverse opportunities for technical education of individuals in partner organizations. We offer basic and advanced trainings.
