Kerio Technologies Inc., developer of award winning groupware and Internet security software, is looking for a Partner Program Manager for its Silicon Valley headquarters. Our flagship products – including Kerio WinRoute Firewall and Kerio MailServer – have been deployed by 40,000 SME organizations worldwide over the past 10 years.

As part of the Worldwide Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager: Channel Programs is responsible for managing Kerio’s global partner program and partner training activities targeted at regional VARs and VADs.

In this role, Senior Marketing Manager: Channel Programs works collaboratively with regional channel marketing managers and sales directors worldwide to clearly understand impact of channel program processes and drives resolution of issues causing difficulties in implementing channel program components.

Leads, builds and coordinates the Kerio Partner Program and related business processes
Develops, updates and manages the Kerio Partner Portal
Assists in the creation and deployment of incentive programs and promotions for partners
Manages online and on-site partner training programs
Develops and maintains metrics and reporting to track program success
Develops, reviews and adjusts channel value proposition

5-7 years of experience with running partner programs preferably for a software company
Excellent writing and communicational skills
Successful track record in channel program operations
Bachelor’s degree in marketing
