As a Partner Account Manager at Kerio, you will play a key role as we expand our sales activities to support our fast-growing business. You will work closely with our existing network of Channel Partners, helping them with quotes, product information, licensing issues, and software maintenance renewals. The PAM will primarily be a responsive role, answering inbound phone calls and emails, but will include outbound calling and emailing for software maintenance renewals. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a high-energy, positive phone presence, and a track record of effective, credible follow-up and sales achievement.
