The Role

As a Partner Account Manager at Kerio, you will play a key role as we expand our sales activities to support our fast-growing business. You will work closely with our existing network of Channel Partners, helping them with quotes, product information, licensing issues, and software maintenance renewals. The PAM will primarily be a responsive role, answering inbound phone calls and emails, but will include outbound calling and emailing for software maintenance renewals. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a high-energy, positive phone presence, and a track record of effective, credible follow-up and sales achievement.

  • Ability to learn and understand Kerio's products, how to identify the best possible solutions to meet Partners' business needs and how to appropriately position Kerio’s products and services with Partners.
  • Follow up with partners on medium-sized software maintenance renewals before they expire.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Executives to identify and uncover opportunities at target accounts.
  • Use Salesforce.com to track activity with each partner.
  • Ability to assist partners when they have licensing or order issues.

You

  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience in a customer-facing role in sales, lead development, or account management
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively when working with a high volume of partners
  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to demonstrate products highlighting benefits/advantages/features
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as SalesForce.com
  • Demonstrated success of working independently with a proven track record of building relationships
  • Passion for helping partners be successful
  • Bachelor’s Degree
