Kerio Technologies, leading innovator in messaging and Internet security solutions for the SMB market, is recruiting for the position of Sales Operations Specialist, to be based out of our office in St Leonards, NSW. The company has a growing network of active channel partners (IT solution providers) across the globe, headquartered in San Jose, California, USA, with offices in the Czech Republic, UK, Russia, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

As a part-time employee working 5 hours a day/5 days a week, the Sales Ops Specialist will primarily be responsible for processing orders and invoices, sending license keys to partners, and following up with past-due invoices. Good personal computer skills are necessary, including basic hardware and office suite software. Must be proficient in MS Office suite of products, preferably have experience in both Windows and Mac, and prior CRM experience (Sugar CRM, Salesforce.com, etc.) is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of team dynamics and be comfortable in a team environment.

Further responsibilities include:

• Efficiently work with members of the AU Sales & Support team
• Accurately record activity and progress
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
• Office coordinator activities

Required education, experience, and skills:

• Excellent time management skills
• Impeccable phone manners and ability to speak clearly and concisely

Desirable experience and skills:

• Past experience in an administrative sales role
• Experience with CRM systems (SugarCRM, Salesforce.com, etc)

Position details:

• Work time – 5 hours a day, Mon-Fri.
