Kerio Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Senior Channel Sales Manager for its Moscow office.

Job description

Being the leading Kerio channel sales manager in Russia and CIS, you will actively sell and promote Kerio products and values to local channel partners and end-users representing SMB market. Senior sales manager is responsible for executing global channel sales strategies on local territories, delivering sales quotas by active development and management of channel network and leading the local team by educating and inspiring team members, helping them to achieve best results.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieving planned revenue in the respective territory
  • Budget spending control
  • Financial and sales reporting to CEE headquarter, including monthly reports and quarterly business reviews
  • Kerio Business partner network development and management
  • Joint business planning and performance reviews
  • Kerio partner recruitment and channel expansion
  • Preparation and execution of business plan for respective territory
  • Close interaction with marketing and technical teams
  • Overall responsibilities for day-by-day management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Successful track record of channel sales
  • Understanding of IT/Networking technologies
  • People management experience
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Fluent English – spoken and written
