Connect Distribution Will Deliver Kerio's Award-Winning Messaging, Security, Voice and Collaboration Solutions

SAN JOSE, Calif., April 25, 2011 - Kerio Technologies, Inc. today announced a new partnership with Connect Distribution z o.o., a specialized distributor of IT solutions in Poland. Under the terms of the agreement, Connect Distribution will promote and distribute Kerio's products through the channel to its 2000 active resellers in Poland. Kerio's IT solutions allow small and medium businesses (SMBs) to connect, communicate, and collaborate securely.

"The Polish market is our second biggest customer base in the CEE Region," said Jozef Belvoncik, senior vice president and managing director CEE at Kerio Technologies. "In Connect Distribution we have found a strong and experienced partner who will help us expand our presence and reach a much broader base of Polish partners to accelerate our growth in the country."

The agreement will provide Kerio with further reach into the Polish SMB market. Connect Distribution, with its strong reputation within the country, will act as an extension of the Kerio sales force by adding new customer relationships and generating increased demand for Kerio products.
